Understanding Society is a world-leading study about 21st century UK life and how it is changing. It captures important information about people’s social and economic circumstances, attitudes, behaviours and health.

Survey and health data is available to researchers from the UK Data Service, with genetic data held at the EGA: however applications for genetic information linked with other data will always be considered by the METADAC.
